Full turnkey plumbing and drainage installation for the Club Med resort development. Our scope covered the complete internal and external plumbing systems, from bulk supply lines through to final fixtures, delivering a fully operational installation ready for handover.
FORGE
Bulk civil plumbing, drainage and stormwater installation for the Forge mini factory development. Works included the full below-ground civil drainage network, stormwater management infrastructure, and bulk water supply reticulation serving the entire development.
JONSSON WORKWEAR BALLITO
Bulk civil plumbing, drainage and stormwater installation for the Jonsson Workwear facility in Ballito. Our scope encompassed the full civil drainage reticulation, stormwater attenuation and bulk water supply infrastructure for this large commercial facility on the KZN North Coast.
SIBAYA NODE 5 RETAIL CENTRE
Bulk civil plumbing, drainage and stormwater installation for the new Node 5 Retail Shopping Centre within the Sibiya precinct. Our scope included the drainage network, stormwater infrastructure and bulk services reticulation required to service this new retail development.
SEATON HOUSE
Main plumbing and drainage installation for Seaton House School, located within the Seaton precinct at Sheffield Beach. Works encompassed the full internal plumbing and drainage installation for the school facility, designed and installed to meet the requirements of an educational environment.
RESIDENTIAL

LUXE ZIMBALI
Main plumbing and drainage installation for this prestigious high-end residential development within the sought-after Zimbali Estate on the KZN North Coast. Works included the full internal plumbing and drainage installation across all units, with finishes and systems specified to the highest standards befitting this luxury development.
SERRANO
Main plumbing and drainage installation for Serrano, an exclusive luxury apartment development within the prestigious Seaton Estate on the KZN North Coast. Comprising a collection of high-end coastal residences overlooking Christmas Bay, our scope includes the complete internal plumbing and drainage installation throughout the development, delivering systems and finishes in line with the project's premium residential specification. Construction is currently underway on this landmark coastal development.
LUSH CONDOS
This contract included the installation of all water reticulation, drainage and storm water drainage pipes. As the program progressed, the installation of 90 heat pumps and geysers, as the hot water generating method specified the wet services engineer, was allocated to us.

Our scope of work increased throughout this project which was completed and signed off on time for the 1st homeowners to move in.

We have since been awarded the maintenance contract
for Lush.
SPACE APARTMENTS
After the completion of the Lush Condos project, we moved onto Space Apartments which included the installation of water reticulation, drainage and storm water drainage pipes, as well as hot water generating plants. Header tanks were installed as this was a 5-story building and water pressure to all 55 units was essential.

Our team expanded due to the requirements of this job and since then we have retained all additional employees.
BALIZE
Balize has been our biggest job to date.
​
Positioned in the up-and-coming Sibiya Precinct, Balize is the single biggest residential development for 2022. Fifty-six units were plumbed timeously by C&C through the difficult conditions during 2022. Our team on the ground successfully managed all storm water and flooding issues, leading to very little damage on site.

We installed all fire hydrant and fire hose reals and maintain a good relationship with the fire chief to this day. Over 5kms of water pipes were used in the job.
GOLD COAST ESTATE
C&C were one of the first contractors at Gold Coast Estate. We have plumbed more than 15 houses throughout the estate working with various contractors.
With its modern architecture and high-end finishes, our work at Gold Coast Estate has been of an extremely high level involving the installation of modern products. This in turn has expanded our teams’ knowledge of the industry, enabling us to successfully install a wide array of different high-end brassware and sanware.
SALTA
This project consists of sixty freestanding houses split between two building contractors. C&C had the biggest plumbing scope in this development.
Over 3kms over drainage pipes and over 1.5km of subsoil drainage was installed over the 14 months we were on site. With our newly established team for this contract, over 70 000 man-hours were worked.
