Woon De Weide is a high-end student accommodation development in Stellenbosch comprising 32 apartment blocks. Working alongside the main contractor, CS Construction/CS Property Group, our scope includes the complete plumbing and drainage installation throughout the development. The project features premium specifications, including Geberit sanware throughout, delivering a modern and durable solution suited to high-density residential living.

WYNBERG MEWS

Wynberg Mews is a large-scale student accommodation conversion project being undertaken in partnership with Bets Construction. The development comprises approximately 100 student beds and includes the complete renovation of the existing plumbing and drainage infrastructure, as well as new communal ablution facilities incorporating 12 showers and 12 toilets. Our scope covers the full plumbing installation required to transform the property into a modern student accommodation facility.
